How It Works

ISO is the setting that controls the camera’ s sensitivity to light. The lower the ISO, the less sensitive it is. Most of the time it is best to keep this as low as possible because with older or lower quality cameras, grain or noise can be seen in the images as the ISO gets higher.

How It Relates

ISO controls the sensitivity to light, so the less sensitive, the wider the aperture and the longer the shutter speed and vice versa.
